vampire weekend

Vampire weekend, Contra. Love the retro looking photograph with the sans serif type. Simple and beautiful, the muted colours give texture / age.

and the music is nice too.

lokumu

Logo for a band, the flow between the letterforms is meant to represent the free flow of their music. Interesting.

my old and new

This was a series of photographs I made as part of a university project, I found some old family photographs and set about recreating them, this gave a historical context to the new photographs. I aimed to communicate the positive idea that even if you did lose everything in a fire you would still have your memories, and physical things like photographs can be recreated.
